I have just recently went to kohls and I found that they now sell Essie! They have a great selection of colors, but not as great as target. They are still $8 but if you have that $10 kohls cash then this is perfect! I just recently bought two colors and can't wait to get more!

Skater Skirts

These adorable skirts are so comfy! They look girly but not too girly! They have a very soft fabric that is great in winter with tights or in summer! I personally love to wear these skirts high waisted with a tshirt. You can find these at forever 21 and kohls for under $10! I am already in love!
